Charlotte Benbeniste is an Iranian-American filmmaker from California. She is a graduate of Bard College, from which she received her BA in Written Arts. She lives in New York City, where she is a Screenwriting and Directing MFA candidate at Columbia University. She shares a birthday with August Sander, Gene Clark and Martin Scorsese.
